If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
1. When You Can Return an Item
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged item
- You got the wrong product
- The product is defective or not working properly
Please report any damaged or faulty items within 24–48 hours after delivery so we can help you quickly.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
- We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or if your pet doesn’t like the product.
3. How to Request a Return
Email us at officialpetsay@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once we review your request, our team will reply with the next steps.
4. Return Shipping
Please note:
- PetSay does not cover return shipping costs.
You’ll be responsible for sending the item back to the address provided by our support team. - For most cases, the item will be returned directly to our supplier’s warehouse.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches safely.
5. Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
(Refunds usually take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.) - Or, we can send a replacement item if you prefer.
6. Important Notes
- No returns are accepted after 14 days from delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse or accident are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are not issued until the item is received and verified by our supplier.
