At PetSay, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase.
We accept returns only for the following reasons:

• Damaged item received
• Wrong item sent
• Product defective or not working

Return Conditions:

• You must request a return within 4 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

How to Request a Return:
Please email us at officialpetsay@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Important:

• Returns are not accepted for change of mind or if your pet does not like the item.
• Once your return is approved and the item is received back, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
